We reply quickly, in Italian or English, and stay reachable all the way to the wedding day — not just before you sign the quote.

How does the quote work? Are there hidden costs?
The quote we send you is clear and complete: it includes everything needed for the agreed service, with no surprises on the final invoice. If the venue requires significant travel, we tell you upfront, not afterward.
Do we need to have already chosen the venue before contacting you?
No. We can talk it through even if you haven't decided everything yet, and coordinate with your wedding planner once it's chosen.
How do we communicate if you're abroad?
We reply quickly by email or message, and we can talk over video call whenever you prefer, in Italian or English.
Can we have a video call before deciding?
Of course. If it helps you decide, we're happy to talk before you book — not just after.
Can we pay by card or bank transfer from abroad?
We don't use a card machine, but we do accept online payments.
Can the service cover more than one day, like a welcome dinner?
The service is designed for a single day, just like a classic wedding, but we can adapt the offer to your needs.
